Centrum Solution collects only the health data necessary to provide our services: biostat metrics (ATP capacity, NAD+ levels, HRV, senescent burden, autophagy index, inflammatory load, oxygen utilization, hydration index), family health records (immunizations, conditions, medications, lab results), care navigation data (provider preferences, appointment history, insurance information), and account information (email, family member profiles, age relationships). We do not collect location data continuously, browsing history outside our platform, or any data from third-party applications without explicit consent. Each data category is collected with a specific, documented purpose tied to BESM framework delivery or C6 compliance requirements. We maintain a data inventory that maps every collected field to its purpose, retention period, and access controls.
